From EOS to Enotek

 

In January 2022,Andy Jiang officially changed the name of EOS to Enotek (full name: Enotek Group). The English brand was also changed from "Eoslift" to "Enotek", short for "innovation and technology", with the company's positioning at its core and used for global promotion.

"As a new face, Enotek Group began to focus on intelligent logistics system solutions and core equipment products. On the whole, whether it is the growth of business orders or revenue, Enotek Group has shown double growth, especially the overseas business, currently accounting for about 20% of the overall revenue, there is still a large room for growth. New positioning brings new opportunities for enterprises. At present, Enotek Group is increasing research and development investment, product innovation to satisfy customers, solve the logistics factory pain points, we will build this core competitiveness called 'innovation · future'." Why the name change? The reason is very simple, "EOS" at the beginning based on the "dual business" development strategy, that is, forklift and integrated business in parallel, after the accumulation of a certain brand reputation overseas, when facing domestic customers, the enterprise always encountered the feedback such as "cannot remember, mouthful", this is the first; Second, since 2019, the company has stopped all high-end positioning forklift business, from the well-known "forklift" equipment enterprise into industrial logistics intelligent system integration, the original name and enterprise positioning has obvious differences. Customers get confused about what kind of company it is, "so we changed our name to ' Enotek ' so that customers both at home and abroad can better understand us." Andy Jiang confessed.

 

 

To meet challenges and unleash growth drivers

 

"Innovating logistics technologies to power business growth" is the latest brand slogan of Enotek Group. The enterprise aims to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and at the same time solve users' pain points (spatial problems), it will develop the original large-area storage (flat library) to highly intensive storage (automated three-dimensional library). 01 Price challenge

 

Price has always been one of the core issues in market competition, Andy Jiang said, for example: "The consumers who buy 'Audi' and 'Alto' are two different types of people. Enotek Group 's customers do not necessarily care about automation (Audi or Alto), but more about "machine switching" and smart logistics; For industrial logistics intelligent solution companies, it is not necessary to teach customers to tell whether the product is Audi or Alto, as long as it can solve the problem."

The price is too high to be competitive? No, but low-price competition is reasonable to some extent, because the ultimate goal of customers is to benefit, and to maximize the benefits with the minimum investment is the best solution, while malicious low-price competition is a different matter. Enotek Group will use its own mature technology and past successful cases to demonstrate "where we are good in the end", so that more customers know Enotek Group and intelligent logistics.

Andy Jiang said: "Losing money to do business is a low level of play, in a highly competitive environment can still maintain the high cost performance of the product, that is the high-level player. Technological iteration cannot be separated from the enterprise supply chain. An AGV may be sold at a high price of hundreds of thousands of yuan at the earliest, but now it is reduced to hundreds of thousands of yuan, and the price may be even lower in the future. Is this an enterprise selling goods at a loss? No. It is a trend to reduce the cost of equipment through technology iteration, such as the original industrial computer link to single chip microcomputer, laser link to visual technology, which is to use the development trend of the industry to influence the market price changes, rather than malicious low price competition."

 

02 Delivery challenge

 

Customers also complain about "delivery". Andy Jiang believes that "non-standard" and "inadequate communication" are the main reasons leading to the frequent occurrence of this phenomenon. The problems in the final delivery are often reflected in the software, which means that the enterprise does not have a clear understanding of the needs of customers in software.

To solve these problems, Enotek Group has done more standardization and modular processing to improve delivery time and capabilities, because the commissioning cycle is' too long 'will give customers a bad impression."

 

03 Industry challenge

 

Speaking of future industry challenges, Andy Jiang summed it up in three aspects. First of all, the problem of talent. Due to the high cost and long cycle of talent training, the "talent grab war" in the same industry is constantly staged. Secondly, industry standardization, in fact, industrial logistics intelligent planning enterprises and building decoration industry have similarities and differences, that is, there is no complete standard at all. Andy Jiang stressed, "The standardization I mean is more reflected in the final delivery link, what kind of delivery standards should be established by the industry to meet customer expectations. That's a big challenge." Finally, the capital problem, the industry capital intensity is high, prone to cash flow management problems. These problems can not be avoided by an enterprise alone, but also need to promote the development of the industry together.

Secondly, one of the highlights of Enotek Group is that it has a complete dispatching system, including ring through RGVS, conveyors, jacking machines, stackers and AGVs to achieve the overall operation of the dispatching system. For customers, after choosing integrators, they often need to compare RGV, AGV, stacker and other equipment brands. China's industrial logistics is developing rapidly, and the segmentation track is also very clear. However, Jiang Yuejun believes that some of the products of Chinese enterprises have surpassed their foreign counterparts, and it is expected that the global market share will only grow in the future. At present, more Chinese industrial logistics enterprises are listed, I believe that after having better financial conditions, the expansion of business is also easy to solve. Andy Jiang concluded: "For Enotek Group, becoming an integrator is only one aspect, the ultimate goal is still the product, we hope to eventually provide standardized products and standardized delivery tools!"
