Dave joined the company in 2017 and has been working in Enotek Group for 6 years. At first, he was responsible for forklift electrical design, verification and testing, etc. In 2018, Enotek Group started its transformation by analyzing and predicting logistics market trends. He has completed the gorgeous transformation from a forklift manufacturer to a full-link intelligent logistics solution provider with self-developed and self-produced equipment as the core. In the six years of great changes, Dave has also grown along with the enterprise. He has been transformed from a forklift engineer to participate in AGV-related research and development work, and has been the AGV product manager of the R&D center since 2019. With the rapid development of Enotek Group business, Dave also changed from office research and development work to running in the vast world of the project site, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project, but also in the progress of mutual achievements with the enterprise.

With the deep application of cloud computing, big data, AI and 5G technology, as well as the steady growth of GDP and per capita GDP, the rapid development of intelligent logistics industry has laid an economic foundation. In recent years, China's intelligent logistics industry has ushered in a period of rapid growth. As an experienced talent in logistics industry, I am a hot choice of industry. There are often deeper reasons for staying in the same company and growing together with it than salary. Dave said that "identification" is a very important foundation. I recognize the CEO's business philosophy, the company's development orientation and the direction of product research and development, and the company trusts me and fully respects my subjective initiative. Support for my ideas and creative ideas helped me to enter the "fast track" of personal growth. After all, personal development cannot be achieved without the support of leaders. In my opinion, this is the so-called "Mutual Achievement ".

In 2022, the supporting intelligent industrial logistics project created by Enotek Group for the new factory of a leading glass fiber industry enterprise in Egypt has entered the final sprint stage, and the enterprise needs to send an experienced project manager to Egypt to coordinate the joint debugging work. At this time, the high outbreak of the novel coronavirus and the construction period of nearly half a year before returning home make many people afraid. When Dave was asked for advice, he barely gave it a second thought. He packed his bags and set off on his journey. "I didn't think twice, I just thought the company needed me and I went." Said Dave.

"Difficult" "very difficult" was Dave's biggest experience of Egypt, although he had already done the "mental construction" of the difficulty of working in Egypt, but the scene of all kinds of difficulties still left him fresh. Language barrier, low logistics efficiency, many lines involved, tight construction period, poor network signal...... Due to the COVID-19 control measures, international postal routes and air routes have been greatly affected, and the timelines can hardly be guaranteed. Previously available equipment parts have become a big problem, and once the equipment fails, it will bring huge losses to the entire production line. In this case, Dave and the team from Enotek Group have made emergency plans. I was on duty day and night and kept alert to find problems and eliminate problems in the first time to nip hidden dangers in the bud. At the same time, network signal also became a big difficulty in Egypt. In order to deal with emergencies in a timely manner, Dave, as the site leader of the project, deliberately chose a room with strong signal as his bedroom in the factory and kept his mobile phone on call 24 hours a day. During his five-month stay in Egypt, Dave had just two and a half days off with COVID-19, and once he felt a little better, he was immediately back in the saddle. In addition to the teams on the front lines, the Enotek Group domestic team also works closely with the Egyptian team in terms of remote support and manpower deployment to provide continuous logistical support. "It's not just me, it's everyone on our team that we sent to Egypt. Some say that a member is a warrior, and a team is a battlefield." he said.

With the close cooperation between the team and customers, the project was delivered on time with quality and quantity, and the factory was put into production at the beginning of this year, making Egypt the fourth largest fiberglass producer in the world and the first in Africa, adding a profound color to the diplomatic history of China and Egypt.

In March 2023, PROMAT, Chicago International Logistics and Technology Exhibition was held in Chicago. The wholly-owned subsidiary of Enotek Group North America represented the enterprises to participate in the exhibition, and Dave, as a technical staff of the enterprise, went to the United States from China to participate in the exhibition. After researching the leading enterprises in the global logistics industry for several days, Dave was even more adamant about the way forward: Look up at the stars and keep your feet on the ground. While looking forward to the future development of the enterprise, with the simple concept of "one step at a time", to do better products, continuous iteration, continuous optimization, product is the foundation of the overall solution, but also the core competitiveness of the enterprise, "Let more manufacturers and customers in the market recognize our products is what I want most."
