This enterprise mainly has several major business segments: biological food, Chinese herbal decoction pieces and pharmaceutical logistics, which are distributed to major hospitals, clinics and pharmacies within province. In order to cope with the future business development, the enterprise decided to build a brand-new warehouse with an area of 2,975 square meters to cope with the expected order processing volume of 14,000 PO lines/day.

In this project, Enotek used 18 crane stackers, established 20,000+storage bin for this enterprise, replaced the previous flat storage and manual handling methods with an three-dimensional automatic warehouse, which greatly increased the storage capacity; Through the WMS and WCS system self-developed by Enotek, fully automatized stock-in and stock out, stocktaking got realized, the warehouse has achieved unmanned.

This enterprise is a large manufacturer for 3C product, the planning engineer of Enotek has planned and designed the whole production and packaging logistics process, including advanced automated logistics technologies such as intelligent warehouse for goods to people, robot picking, smart conveying and picking, PPS automated packaging line, etc. Among them, AGV plays a key role between automatic warehouse and production workshop, between stations and between sections of conveying lines.

As this project is a typical central distribution storage, After the launch of this project, the company retained only 10 operators, with labor cost reduced by 50%. The daily order processing capacity has increased from 3,000 orders per 8 hours to 6,000 orders per 8 hours while being able to handle a large number of To B orders in the future at ease. In addition, the average walking steps of each operator per day have been reduced from 20,000+ to dozens of steps. Days in inventory has also been shortened from one year to six months.
