Enotek Group's full-chain intelligent logistics solution has shown strong application potential in this project. The solution is built around ASRS automated storage and retrieval system. Combined with multiple components such as stackers, conveyor system, control and software system, it realizes intelligent warehousing, AGV automatic material handling, and automatic mold changing. It integrates a total of 17 stackers, 25 AGVs and related dispatching software, successfully applying AGV to the material handling operation of the production workshop, injecting intelligent elements into the manufacturing process. This comprehensive solution not only improves the production capacity, the yield rate, but greatly reduces the labor cost and energy consumption, further improves the logistics turnover efficiency, creates significant economic benefits for customers, and enables the high-quality development of "intelligent manufacturing".
After the overall completion, on average, the production efficiency of the factory is increased by 22.46%, the operating cost is reduced by 23.16%, the defective product rate is reduced by 30.5%, the energy consumption per unit of output value is decreased by 21.1%, and the product upgrade cycle is shortened by 34.8%. Also, the labor cost is reduced by 60%, the annual production capacity is increased by 2.5 times to more than 36 million sets of products, and the inventory is reduced by 70%. In addition, the project helps the household and kitchen appliances company realize the full value chain of marketing, R&D, planning, material control, production and storage, with production capacity up to an annual output of 45 million metal cookers.
