CeMAT ASIA 2023 was held on October 24, 2023. Enotek Group attended this event with its self-developed hardware/software products and full-chain intelligent logistics solutions in various industries, attracting many visitors from home and abroad.

According to Mr. Wayne Xu, CTO of Enotek Group, Enotek changed the way of dynamic display in this exhibition to static display of self-developed software and hardware products including forklift AGV, roller AGV, bin stacker cranes and pallet stacker crane, as well as intelligent logistics solutions for various industries.

Mr. Wayne Xu highlights the bin stacker crane and pallet stacker crane. "The two products we are exhibiting in 2023 are not real equipment, but models that have been scaled down, with real usable parts inside." Wayne Xu explained, "In this way, we hope our customers could get a better understanding of our design, R&D and manufacturing capabilities."

Enotek's single-column stacker cranes use a segmented structure, and their height can be customized to 40 meters or even higher to meet customers' needs. According to Mr. Wayne Xu, the increased demand for stacker cranes' height in overseas projects has brought great challenges to the transportation. In order to adapt to shipping and reduce costs, Enotek developed a segmented structure for its stacker cranes.

Mr. Wayne Xu also said that Enotek had provided many customers in different industries with its products, creating a number of benchmark cases.

In terms of stacker cranes, Enotek focuses on the chemical fiber and glass fiber industries, such as the automated warehouse projects for TONGKUN Group in Tongxiang, Nantong, Xinjiang and many other places, including the application of stacker cranes with a load capacity of 1.2 tons and a height of about 30 meters, and the amount of a single project has reached over 100 million RMB. In the new energy industry, Enotek has provided bin stacker cranes for many well-known companies such as BYD and GOTION HIGH-TECH.

High-quality products demonstrate Enotek's design and manufacturing capabilities. Enotek will continue to optimize the structure according to its own technology at the design level, enhance the versatility of components through standardized design, and further reduce the production complexity of stacker cranes to achieve high reliability.

Enotek's investment in software systems is also a key reason for gaining customer recognition. Taking digital twin as an example, as early as 2018, Enotek launched a 3D monitoring system that can show the overall equipment operation in real time, which has now been upgraded to version 4.0, optimizing the algorithms of the underlying logic to adapt to the needs of large projects. "For example, a single warehouse built for TONGKUN Group has 80,000 cargo spaces, our algorithms are fully capable of handling such demand." Wayne Xu said, "And we have integrated bulletin board management into the digital twin system. Customers can use the actual data to support their decision-making, or they can quickly maintain the logistics system themselves. In addition, we can also remotely perform software upgrades and maintenance for our customers to greatly improve the efficiency of warehosue operations."

"In the future, we will adhere to the development model of walking on two legs. On the one hand, we will continue to upgrade our integration capabilities and develop new industries such as new energy and cold chain. On the other hand, we will maintain our focus on the delivery of standardized products like stacker cranes and AGVs." Wayne Xu concluded.
